General Guidelines

We are committed to delivering high-quality services. However, in certain cases where a client is dissatisfied, we will consider refund requests under the following conditions:

Refund Request Timeframe:

  • For VPS services: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service activation.
  • For Dedicated Servers: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.

Required Documentation:

All refund requests must be sent via email to [email protected], including:

  • Service ID or account details.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Supporting documents or screenshots (if applicable).

Resolution Before Refund:

Before initiating a refund, we request that you allow us to address and resolve your concerns. Refunds will only be considered if all resolution efforts fail.

Refund Policy for VPS Services

Full Refund:

  • If the VPS service has not been activated or cannot be activated due to an error on our part.

Partial Refund:

  • If the service experiences performance issues that cannot be resolved within 48 hours of notification.
  • The refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service.

No Refund:

  • If the VPS has been active for more than 7 days or used beyond basic thresholds.
  • If performance issues arise due to client-side misconfigurations or third-party software.

Refund Policy for Dedicated Servers

Full Refund:

  • If the server setup and activation have not been initiated after payment.

Partial Refund:

  • If unresolved technical issues are identified within 30 days of activation due to our fault.
  • Refunds will be calculated based on unused time or resources.

No Refund:

  • If the server has been in operation for more than 30 days.
  • If the server is used in violation of our terms of service.
  • If technical issues are caused by third-party software or client modifications.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Client Responsibilities:

  • Refunds are only considered if the client provides complete and accurate information required for issue resolution.
  • Delays or failures caused by incomplete or incorrect client information do not qualify for refunds.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Fees for setup or installation services are non-refundable.
  • Transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors are also non-refundable.

Resolution First Approach:

  • If a replacement service or solution is provided and accepted, no refund will be granted.

Processing of Refunds

Timeframe:

  • Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

Notification:
